One
of my precious nieces had her wisdom teeth removed today. This evening,
the power went off in her home. She let me know she has a flashlight
and her Blackberry. :) Her comment reminded me of a video one of my
"best-est" girlfriends sent to me some time back. I still laugh when I
watch this. :)

Some
years ago, my oldest son came to my home. He insisted that I sit down
and listen to this song. As I listened, I said nothing and just wept. It
was one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. And, for some
reason, I am thinking about that moment right now. Thank you, God, for
ALL the times You used Jason and Drew to bless me, to care for me, to
love me, and to meet me right where I was. I love my boys! ♥

this song in a while. I love how when I hear songs like this, I find

July 20, 2011--Today,
I came across this video. As I began to watch it, I immediately thought
of Jon Cook. He was a pastor at the church I attend. Jon Cook is the
first person who taught me about how much God loves me. It forever
changed my life! From time to time, I see Jon (usually at Panera Bread).
I have told him, repeatedly, how much I appreciate him for teaching me
about God's love for me in 2001. Thanks, Jon!
